Diane Christensen science at the Middle School. She grew up in Belding and graduated from Belding High School. She received her teaching certificate from Western Michigan University. During her college years, she thought that she would like to teach in a school district other than where she grew up. But Belding hired her, and it was the best thing that ever happened. Although she has taught 4th and 5th grades, and as a roving Science teacher, her first love is 6th grade. The students are caring and make the school day enjoyable. Also, she says that you can be as silly as you want, and they still like you.
