Ed Albert is a vocational business instructor at Belding High School. Mr. Albert began his teaching career at Belding in 1988 and has worn several different hats while at Belding including: career preparation coordinator, athletic director, football coach, baseball coach and softball coach. Mr. Albert graduated from Belding High School in 1981, Central Michigan University (bachelor’s degree in business) in 1986, Aquinas College (teaching certificate) in 1987 and Grand Valley State University (master’s degree in educational leadership) in 2004. He also serves on the Belding Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in the Belding community. Ed’s wife, Tami teaches in the Jump Start program at the Early Childhood Center. Together they have two children, Theresa and Michael, who attend the middle school and high school.
