Mr. John Carlson attended the University of Michigan where he earned his undergraduate degree in political science. He then studied at Eastern Michigan University where he received a master’s degree in Spanish. He has been employed by the Belding Area Schools since August 2002. He currently teaches middle school Spanish. He really enjoys watching students’ progress, especially when they learn new sentences in Spanish. Mr. Carlson is married to the district media specialist, Sally. They live in Belding, and their three daughters proudly attend the Belding Area Schools.
