Mrs. Renee Rivers is our Spanish teacher at Belding High School. She is from Grand Rapids, Michigan, and graduated from Michigan State University in 1998 with a major in Spanish and a minor in psychology. She has been teaching at BHS since 2000. She fell in love with the Spanish language and culture on her first overseas study experience while in college. She has been back to Spain numerous times to study and enjoy the Spanish culture. In school, she loves making students aware of the bigger world around them, and out of school, she enjoys spending time with her family.
